Pilates Mat with Stretch-eze Module I- 4 hours PMA CEC's available

1. With manual, follow starting positions, set-up, purpose, and cueing of applying Stretch-eze in key Pilates Mat exercises
2. Learn how to apply resistance and support for whole body connectivity, easing the load, or challenging the user
3. Practice transitions for maximum class flow
4. Apply modifications and theme specific applications

Pilates Mat with Stretch-eze Module II- 4 hours PMA CEC's available

1. Review and practice cueing from one wrap to the next
2. Learn, practice, and teach theme specific sequences from Ultimate Pilates for Stretch-eze DVD
3. Students will bring in theme specific issues from clients and design Stretch-eze adaptations
4. Teach and practice cueing in small groups
