1. click on languages in the menu at the left.
2. choose English at the top of the page you land on
3. Use the search form to find "txt_conditions_customer"
4. Edit the text and save it.
An alternate method for editing this page would be to go to the Webmaster mode and then open your site and navigate to this page, then click on the paragraph and you will be able to edit it there.
