    I love all the Co-operative Blanket for large groups as well as the individual Stretch-eze products, which I have in all sizes. My older clients particularly like the Stretch-eze product for the support which it offers them in asanas such as navasana (boat pose). For my clients who are more emotionally challenged, the Stretch-eze product provides a wonderful container. I also recommend the accompanying DVDs for these wonderful products.     I use BODYSOX in my violence prevention through movement work. Children are paired. One is in the SOX as a baby animal. The other is the parent who bonds through mirroring & teaches the baby how to travel, eat & what to do if there is danger. The parent then protects the baby from pretend dangers. BODYSOX provide kinesthetic feedback, creative stimulation & personal space boundaries. Children love them. After this activity children use BODYSOX when very upset for containment & self-regulation.

    Stretch-eze provide great kinesthetic feedback for children & adults who need to feel contained. I also use them for vestibular stimulation. 1-2 children inside the cloth w/2 adults or strong children at either end. Each child comes up with a positive statement e.g. \"I can handle it if I don\'t go first.\" They say their statement while the people on the ends send them back and forth in the cloth. The children love it and the vestibular stimulation plants the positive statement in their brains.

    I use stretch-eze as an integral part of my violence prevention through movement work in schools in Madison, WI. I have groups of 2-4 children working with 1-2 stretch-eze, finding as many ways as they can to balance and hold each others weight using different levels, different body parts, etc. This is then applied to the number of ways they can be an active ally to help each other in bullying or other confrontational situations. Stretch-eze provide the perfect structure for this to happen.
